VMSC dedication to excellent patient care extends beyond the ambulance. Our in-house Patient Financial Services department makes every effort to work with you during the payment process. VMSC is committed to protecting your privacy and your health information.
Pay Online (Recommended)
Patients can securely pay their bill online through Patient Notebook.
You can make one-time payments, set up recurring payments, and view your payment history.
Pay by Phone
Payments can be made over the phone using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Access for All – Help With Ambulance Bills
VMSC Emergency Medical Services understands that medical bills can be stressful. Our Access for All program is designed to help patients who are uninsured, paying out of pocket, or still have a balance after insurance for ambulance services.
Depending on household size and income, you may qualify for a reduced bill, a maximum amount owed per transport, or an interest-free payment plan. Applying for this program will not affect your access to care.
Medicaid patients are not eligible due to federal rules. Once we receive a complete application, you will receive a written decision within 30 days.
